1st Cooperative University Unveiled in Anand, Shah Says Committed to Reforms

AIMING to overhaul the cooperative sector, Union Minister Amit Shah on Saturday laid the foundation stone for the ambitious Tribhuvan Cooperative University in Anand during his two-day Gujarat visit.
At the event held at NDDB and Amul, Shah vowed to end nepotism, promising jobs only for qualified graduates, while pushing for complete transparency. He also announced seven key reforms to fix deep-rooted flaws and accelerate cooperative sector growth.
To overhaul the cooperative sector, the Union Home and Cooperation Minister, along with Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel, laid the foundation stone for the world's first Tribhuvan Cooperative University in Anand—known as the cradle of India's dairy movement.

Self-reliance push: Army inks pact to procure ₹2K cr anti-tank missiles
