WATER release from the Mettur reservoir was increased from 18,000 cusecs to 29,375 cusecs on Sunday evening, with the level reaching the full reservoir level of 120 feet earlier in the day.
WATER release from the Mettur reservoir was increased from 18,000 cusecs to 29,375 cusecs on Sunday evening, with the level reaching the full reservoir level of 120 feet earlier in the day. This is the third time this year the dam has become full.
As on Sunday evening, the dam received an inflow of 30,581 cusecs of water.
