HAILING Chettur Sankaran Nair — the only Keralite to have served as president of All India Congress Committee and the sole Indian member of the Viceroy's Executive Council — Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar on Saturday emphasised that the legacy of freedom fighter is a timeless inspiration for generations to come.
Speaking to the media following a visit to Nair's ancestral home in Mankara, Palakkad, Arlekar said, "Chettur's unwavering commitment to his ideals and principles stands out as a shining example for all. He remains the only Malayali to have held the presidency of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), and his contributions continue to be a source of pride
