INDIA Test captain Shubman Gill has said that he wants to build a team culture where everyone is happy and secure. The 25-year-old Punjab batter will lead the country in the longest format for the first time in England this Friday.
Ahead of the five-Test series, Gill said that he never dreamt of captaining India. "So, apart from all the silverware and trophies aside, I really would like to build a team culture where everyone is very secure and happy," Gill told Skysports, the official home broadcaster.
