THE Election Commission of India (ECI) on Friday published the draft electoral rolls of Bihar after completing the first phase of collecting enumeration forms as part of its Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in the state.
There were 7.93 crore registered voters in Bihar before the roll revision process began last month. More than 7.24 crore electors filled up the enumeration forms; and all were included in the draft roll.
