Damaged water pipeline soaking paddy stored at DPC, say farmers

RAISING concerns over their harvested crop stored in and outside the direct paddy purchase centre (DPC) at Vaazhakarai in the district getting soaked, samba and thaladi farmers demand immediate action to plug the leakage from a damaged water pipeline that runs underneath the centre.
