Civic groups urge MCC to take steps to construct 4-5 new multi-level parking complexes across city
As the heritage city gears up for yet another grand Dasara celebration in just two months, the chronic parking crisis in Mysuru is once again in the spotlight.
Despite the presence of a multi-level parking facility on the Town Hall premises, it remains grossly underutilised due to poor infrastructure and lack of awareness.
Experts and civic groups are now urging the state government and Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) to take immediate steps to construct at least 4-5 new multi-level parking complexes across the city to provide a lasting solution.
