Officials who misused SCSP, TSP funds must be sent to jail: H R Bhimashankar

FORMER principal chief commissioner, Ministry of Finance, H R Bhimashankar said officials, who transferred the SCSP and TSP funds intended for the economic welfare of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes to other development works, should be given a jail sentence.
