Mysuru man held for posing as minister Bangarappa's PA, cheating people

The police arrested a man from Mysuru who allegedly posed as personal assistant of School Education and Literacy Minister Madhu S Bangarappa and cheated people with false promises of government jobs and transfers.
The police said the accused, identified as Raghunath S V N (36) of Ramakrishna Nagar in Mysuru, had for the past six months introduced himself as the minister's PA and collected money from people on the pretext of securing jobs and arranging transfers.
