KARKALA Congress demanded MLA V Sunil Kumar's resignation, alleging irregularities in the Parashurama statue project atop Umikkal Hill, Bailoor. Referring to a chargesheet filed by Karkala police in court recently, the Congress leader claimed the case amounts to public deception.
