ACCORDING to a circular issued by the selection committee under the Directorate of Medical Education and Research, applications for MBBS and BDS courses, which commenced on June 6, will close on June 25 by 5 pm, for the academic year 2025-2026.
Persons with Disability (PWD) can apply with their existing disability certificate. The Regional Medical Centres at Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai, will verify and issue these certificates again only after the Medical Counselling Committee of the Union Health Ministry begins the application process. Hence, the date for uploading the disability certificate obtained from RMC will be notified later, the circular read.
