Residents rejoice as sub-collector cancels 4 illegally obtained title deeds in Chokramudi

The efforts of Bisonvalley residents to save Chokramudi hills from encroachers have finally borne fruit as the Devikulam sub-collector cancelled four illegally owned title deeds in the area.
This will help the government retain 13.79 acres of land.
The sub-collector cancelled the title deeds owned by Pottankadu residents Njanadas (3.94 acres), and Manivel (2 acres), and Chokkanadu estate residents G Guruswami (3.75 acres), and Karuppaswami (4.10 acres) in survey number 27/1.
