Report says headmaster, who cited threat of disruption to classes, acted out of caution
The District Educational Officer (DEO) submitted a report on the controversial decision by the authorities of the Higher Secondary School on Kozhikode Medical College Campus to declare an unplanned holiday in order to facilitate student participation in the SFI national conference rally, which was inaugurated by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan.
