Kulakada panchayat introduces initiative to promote organic farming at household level

IN A significant step towards ensuring nutritional self-sufficiency, Kulakada grama panchayat, in collaboration with the Krishi Bhavan, has launched the 'Nutritional Abundance' project aimed at promoting vegetable cultivation at household level.
As part of the initiative, Rs 7 lakh has been earmarked from the plan fund under the People's Planning Scheme for the 2025-26 financial year. The objective of the project is to make every household in the panchayat self-reliant in vegetable production by distributing free vegetable seedlings to interested families.
