Power crisis: Balan blames regulatory panel & KSEB

SENIOR CPM leader and former power minister A K Balan has criticised the State Electricity Regulatory Commission for the power crisis in the state.
In a statement issued in Thiruvananthapuram on Saturday, Balan also blamed the KSEB for taking decisions keeping the government and the minister in the dark.
