ED Raids Over 35 Locations Linked to Anil Ambani Firms in Bank Fraud Case

The Enforcement Directorate on Thursday conducted simultaneous raids at multiple places in Mumbai and Delhi, which are linked to Anil Ambani group companies and Yes Bank under provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), in connection with a case pertaining to alleged bank loan fraud, official sources said.
According to the sources, more than 35 premises in Mumbai and Delhi of 50 companies and about 25 persons were searched under provisions of the PMLA in connection with the agency's probe into alleged illegal loan diversion of around Rs 3,000 crore from Yes Bank between 2017 and 2019.
