Infosys employees to get 5% to 8% salary hike

IT Services company Infosys has started rolling out salary hikes for its employees.
According to sources, the hikes are in the range between 5% and 8% for employees at JL5 (Job Level - team leaders and below).
These employees will see their hikes take effect from January 1. Some exceptional performers will receive double-digit hikes. For those at Job Level 6 and above, salary hike is pegged at above 10% and will be effective from April 1.
