Endosulfan victims, families take out protest march to collectorate

ENDOSULFAN victims and their families on Thursday marched to the Kasaragod collectorate, demanding the inclusion of 1,031 endosulfan-affected individuals in the official victims' list.
The protesters have warned of staging an indefinite strike in front of the Secretariat in the state capital if their demands are not met.
Shiny P, a family member of an endosulfan victim, shared that their struggle is fundamentally a fight for survival. Her brother has been severely affected by endosulfan exposure and requires constant assistance. There are many other children who are facing similar challenges. Their family members are unable to work as the victims need constant care, plunging them into financial restraints.
