No proof to show heart attacks due to Covid vax'

PEOPLE should not panic about the risk of heart attacks due to Covid-19 vaccination, Minister for Medical Education Dr Sharanaprakash Patil said here on Tuesday.
Inaugurating a 'Heart Check-up Camp' organised jointly by the Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences, Kalaburagi and the district unit of the Karnataka Union of Working Journalists here on Tuesday, Dr Sharanaprakash Patil said that many institutions, including the ICMR, have conducted studies and no evidence of heart attacks due to Covid vaccine has been found anywhere.
He said that the government has decided that deaths due to heart attacks should be reported to the public health agency as a 'notified disease'. "In cases of deaths due to heart attacks, a postmortem will be conducted the next day," he said.
