BALLARI district has moved another step closer to becoming the jeans capital of the country.
BALLARI district has moved another step closer to becoming the jeans capital of the country. The recent announcement made by Heavy Industries Minister M B Patil that a tender has been floated for developing a jeans park in the district has brought smiles on the faces of jeans manufacturers in the district.
About 150 acres of land was already allotted for the development of the park by the state government. Owners of more than 500 jeans units in the region have welcomed the decision of the government.
