It is our duty to serve customers as they are the masters in the democratic set-up, and serve them with utmost efficiency and without hesitation, said managing director of Gulbarga Electricity Supply company (GESCOM) Ravindra Karalingannavar, at a one-day legal workshop organised for the officials of GESCOM here on Saturday.
The workshop was jointly organised by the Karnataka Electricity Regulatory Commission (KERC) and Gulbarga Electricity Supply Company Limited (GESCOM) for the chairpersons, members, and officials of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum.
