DEVIMANE Ghat, the vital link connecting Kumta and Sirsi, experienced two more landslides on Friday night, disrupting traffic.
DEVIMANE Ghat, the vital link connecting Kumta and Sirsi, experienced two more landslides on Friday night, disrupting traffic. Workers were dispatched to clear debris and the traffic was restored later in the night hours. However, the landslide continued on Saturday morning, with boulders and mud blocking the road stretch. Due to ongoing rainfall along the stretch, clearing operations have faced further delays.
