WEEKS after a five-year-old girl was raped and murdered by a migrant worker from Bihar, the Hubballi Dharwad police have made a video as part of their awareness campaign to educate children and parents about the do's and don'ts while dealing with strangers.
The video shows the modus operandi of the strangers who lure children with chocolates and other items. The video is posted on the X handle of the Hubballi Dharwad police. A police officer said the initiative is part of keeping people aware on how criminals misuse opportunities and pave the way for untoward incidents. The video will help parents and children to be cautious and alert wh
