AGR dues: Vi plea for waiver of ₹30k cr in SC

VODAFONE IDEA (Vi) has filed a fresh petition in the Supreme Court seeking a waiver of over ₹30,000 crore in adjusted gross revenue (AGR) dues pertaining to interest, penalty, and interest on penalty components.
Senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi, representing Vodafone Idea, brought the matter before a bench headed by Chief Justice BR Gavai, seeking an urgent hearing. The apex court is scheduled to hear the plea on May 19.
