CCMC to Launch Mobile App for Grievance Redressal

The Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation (CCMC) is set to launch an exclusive mobile application called the 'Namma Covai Citizen' for residents.
Through the application, users will be able to receive updates regarding ongoing and upcoming projects in the city, other development works being carried out by officials in each of the 100 wards in five zones and also file grievances for faster resolution.
