But it was sort of an underground moment. The above-mentioned hit series on Netflix coincided with a chess boom. It paved the way for chess streaming. Eric Rosen has seen both sides.

When he started out as a streamer as a side gig in 2017, it was a 'small community', he tells this daily. These days, Rosen is one of the largest planets in the chess streaming universe.
