Four Arrested for Publicly Assaulting Two Dalit Men

FOUR people have been arrested by Biridi police for publicly humiliating and assaulting two Dalit men accused of goat theft.
The accused, identified as Tofan Behera (35), Akshya Bhoi (40) of Baredia village and Gopal Bhoi (40), Ramakant Patra of Rahamba village, were forwarded to court on Tuesday.
