Yoga a compass for balanced life, says Kadapa SP

KADAPA District Superintendent of Police (SP) IG Ashok Kumar highlighted the role of yoga in achieving mental and physical well-being during a Yogandra event at the Police Parade Grounds on Sunday.
Calling yoga a 'compass' to lead a disease-free and balanced life, he urged police personnel to adopt it as a daily routine to remain healthy and resilient.
He said yoga is particularly essential for those in law enforcement, who often face high levels of stress.
"Only when we are physically and mentally fit can we inspire the younger generation to follow healthy practices," he said.
