WITH a view to help patients avoid unnecessary surgeries and reduce unnecessary expenses, Superhealth, a healthcare startup has launched ‘Honest Second Opinion’.

A 'Honest Second Opinion' can ensure right treatment

Superhealth was founded by Varun Dubey, former CMO of Ola, with an unique idea of “zero wait, zero commission’ for doctors.

The story behind launching this initiative is interesting and inspired by a real case study. A few months ago, a young female patient visited Superhealth to seek a second opinion after being told by multiple hospitals that she urgently required a pacemaker implantation. The doctors at Superhealth thought that the recommendation of a pacemaker carried lifelong implications for someone of her age. This procedure would require at least four future replacement surgeries, each one major and risk-laden.
