Surat families fight it out as dog bite row becomes talk of town, reaches HC

THE diamond city of Surat is talking about a dog bite so much so that the row has reached the Gujarat High Court.
The victim boy's family moved the HC alleging improper handling of the case by the police.
The incident took place last month when a child was bitten by a dog, prompting his family to file a complaint in Surat's Althan area. In turn, the dog's owners filed a counter-complaint accusing the boy's family of trespassing and assault.
