A day after Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi wound up his 'Vote Adhikar Yatra' in Patna, it was daggers drawn between the Election Commission and Congress leader Pawan Khera on Tuesday after the poll body issued a notice to Khera based on BJP's allegations that he holds two voter ID cards in Delhi.
