Fostering innovative healthcare treatments
-
The year 2018 was a momentous one in the annals of Kerala's healthcare services; Muthoot Healthcare, a complete healthcare provider, completed three decades of illustrious service to the community in the most honourable and compassionate way.
Founded by Dr. George Kurien as part of Muthoot group's corporate social responsibility, the healthcare ventures have come a long way to be recognised as a fully integrated healthcare group.
Spearheading the modernisation and an aggressive expansion of the group is Dr Georgie Kurien Muthoot, 'the eldest of the next generation' Muthoot Group, son of Dr. George Kurien and a trained clinical practitioner in one of the most advanced healthcare markets, the UK. He has already brought about tremendous changes, improving clinical practice and infrastructure and implementing international standards for quality, patient care and safety across the group.
He played a pivotal role in transforming a small rural community hospital into what is now a state of the art multi-speciality, a multi-disciplined Healthcare conglomerate.
