The Morning Standard
|April 15, 2025
INDIAN shooters were among big-hitters during the ISSF World Cup (rifle/pistol/shotgun) in Buenos Aires held last week.
In tricky conditions, the shooters from rifle and pistol categories shone bright to return with an impressive haul of eight medals (4 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze). The Indian team were only behind China in the final medal standings then.
After barely any gap, the shooters will once again be hunting for medals when they part in yet another World Cup, the premier meet which is being conducted in Lima, Peru this time around.
