THE strained relations between the state government and the Raj Bhavan worsened on Friday after Governor and Chancellor Rajendra Arlekar reappointed K Sivaparasad and Ciza Thomas as the interim Vice Chancellors of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University (KTU) and Digital University, Kerala (DUK), respectively, rejecting the panel of names provided by the government.
