Former Union minister R K Singh among 3 Bihar BJP leaders suspended

A day after the results of recently-concluded Bihar Assembly elections were announced, BJP on Saturday initiated disciplinary action against its rebels.
A former union minister, a member of legislative council and a mayor are among leaders against whom disciplinary action has been taken.
Former union power minister Raj Kumar Singh, popularly called R K Singh, has been suspended for his anti-party activities. The former MP from Arrah, Singh has been critical of BJP, especially of Deputy CM Samrat Choudhary and state health minister Mangal Pandey, after Jan Suraaj Party accused them of being corrupt.
