Foreigners' Act not for people from PoK: Court

IN a significant judgment, a court in Jammu and Kashmir has ruled that Pakistan-occupied Kasmir (PoK) is not part of Pakistan but an integral part of India that has been illegally occupied.
It further noted that the provisions of the Foreigners Act, hence, cannot be applied to persons allegedly coming from that region.
