EV bus service to Jewar airport, DTC to make travel free for women

REACHING the upcoming Noida International Airport from Delhi may get a lot easier with the Delhi Transport Commission (DTC) set to launch direct electric bus services to Jewar airport, offering seamless and affordable journeys for flyers.
In a major move to boost connectivity, Delhi government has signed an MoU with the airport authorities to introduce these buses in select routes and depots in the city.
On a trial basis, buses will operate from three locations — Anand Vihar, Sarai Rohilla, and Kamla Market — providing direct connectivity to the airport.
Women, along with specially-challenged individuals, will be able to travel for free, continuing the Delhi government's welfare initiative.
