AFTER targeting women, the Congress aims to woo youth in the lead-up to the Delhi assembly election with a new guarantee.
In a major pre-election announcement, the party on Sunday promised to give ₹8,500 to every educated unemployed youth for one year under 'Yuva Udaan Yojana' if voted to power.
