NEWCASTLE United's Joelinton revealed that Alexander Isak’s name has been banned from the dressing room at St James’ Park.

Time to move on from Isak drama, says Joelinton

Despite Isak’s exit, the goals flowed for Newcastle this week as Joelinton and William Osula grabbed two each to warm up for tomorrow's powder-keg encounter with Arsenal.

The Magpies endured a turbulent summer as Isak went on strike to win his move to Liverpool and his teammates were left unsure whether he would stay on Tyneside right up until deadline day.

But while Joelinton insists he holds no grudge against Isak, despite the Sweden star taking the nuclear option to quit Toon, the Brazil international insists the squad agreed there is no point in dwelling on former players.

Joelinton said: “We know the noise around, but we are professional. We kept the focus and do what we have to do on the pitch and everyone has done well.
