Three due in court after nine injured in pub brawl

THREE people are due to appear in court following an alleged violent brawl outside a seaside pub which left nine injured.

Emergency services were called to The Victoria, in Whitley Bay town centre, after a fight reportedly started outside on a Wednesday night in April.

Five people were taken to hospital and four were treated at the scene by paramedics.
