LANDOWNERS are being urged to take a time-limited opportunity to promote land for future development.
With deadlines approaching for formal Call for Sites consultation with local authorities across the North of England, property experts H&H Land & Estates are prompting landowners to come forward.
Northumberland County Council, Durham County Council and North Yorkshire Council are currently preparing new Local Plans, and inviting submissions for land suitable for housing, economic development, town centre uses, mineral extraction, and environmental enhancement.
Landowners are now making submissions to their relevant authorities, with others urged to act promptly.
