PLANS have been lodged for a new laser treatment clinic in a resident's back garden in Gateshead.

The owners of a property in Lenin Terrace, Chopwell, plan to build a 20ft by 8ft steel container for the business to operate out of up to seven days a week.
The clinic would offer hair and tattoo removal and be home to one laser technician with maximum opening hours of 9am to 8pm.
