As we see the Christmas trees going up, I have been thinking about forestry this week and how the Environment Agency and Forestry Commission both work to provide a sustainable future.

The bare branches and dormant woodlands we're seeing right now as winter takes hold are part of an incredible cycle of resilience that mirrors the environmental changes, and the Forestry Commission is helping to create through their agroforestry programmes - acting now to help future generations.
