A reprint of the Pali grammar work 'Balawatharo and Balawatharaya Gadaladeniya Sannaya,' compiled by Rajaguru Second Dammakitthi and Third Dammakitthi Theras, was launched at the Maha Viharaya, Kandy.

The book was originally compiled in 1800 AD, and later published in several editions, considering the needs of the student community studying the Pali language. The Pathfinder Foundation decided to republish the two books as a special edition of 'Balawatharo and Balawatharaya Gadaladeniya Sannaya' in its original format, with the consent of the Mahanayake Theras of the Malwatta and Asgir
