Low keen to answer Grant call for greater leadership

Low has been a regular fixture in the Terriers’ backline during their League One campaign to date, with the centre-back featuring in 13 out of Town's 14 matches in the division so far this term.

The 23-year-old was unavailable for the 3-1 win over Plymouth Argyle prior to the international break because of a calf injury, but manager Lee Grant has expressed his hope that the centre-back won't “miss too many more league fixtures” moving forward.

Following a recent loss away at Wycombe Wanderers, Grant said he wanted to see more from his “senior leaders” in periods of adversity, and Low is keen to play his part in that regard despite not being in the club's leadership group.

Speaking at a recent press conference, Low said: “I would like to think that I can definitely have an influence on that (showing leadership).
