Pilgrims appoint a set piece specialist

PLYMOUTH Argyle have brought in 43-year-old former Austrian professional goalkeeper Hubert Auer in the new role of set piece coach.

Head coach Miron Muslic has made the move because of the Pilgrims’ continued struggles to score goals, or even create clear cut chances, from corners and free kicks over recent times.
Argyle have struggled to get goals throughout this season and Muslic hopes Auer (pictured below) can play his part in making them more threatening at set pieces.
