DEFENDER THANKS FANS FOR MAKING HIM FEEL AT HOME
DEFENDER Nikola Katic has declared he is sure Plymouth Argyle will bounce back from their hugely disappointing Championship relegation.
Katic joined the Pilgrims on loan from Swiss Super League club FC Zurich during the January transfer window and went on to make a total of 16 starts, including two in the Emirates FA Cup, plus one substitute appearance.
The Bosnia-Herzegovina international posted a message on social media on Sunday reflecting on his time at Home Park and admitted it 'makes me sad' that Argyle could not escape relegation despite some improved results towards the end of the season.
He battled a hamstring injury during his loan to the Pilgrims also struggled in the final couple of weeks with what head coach Miron Muslic described as 'a dead leg'.
