Most hybrid roles now insist on at least two days in office, says jobs site

Most new recruits to white-collar jobs are required to spend at least two or three days a week in the office, while roles requiring just one office day are drying up, according to an analysis of job adverts.
Hybrid work, where staff split time between the office and another location such as home, has cemented itself as the new normal for millions of employees since the pandemic. However, hybrid roles are no longer as flexible as they were at the end of the Covid lockdowns, according to a study by the jobs site Indeed, highlighting ongoing tension between employees' expectations and employers' demands.
