I'm stuffed!... No more turkey or cheese please

AFTER Christmas and New Year celebrations I am now at the stage that if I eat any more turkey I am going to start looking like one.

Second on the list of things that I have eaten a lot of over the break is cheese. I like cheese. I really like cheese, any cheese but even now I think that I have had enough.

We went to my sister's for Christmas day and it seemed that just about every present she received was cheese and between different sides of the family there are quite a lot of us.

It seemed like a sensible idea until we had to actually eat it all.

I drew the line at cheese and turkey soufflé, mostly because I have never cooked one in my life and that seemed a step too far for my quite limited culinary skills.
