A FORMER soap extra actor has been jailed for raping two women in separate incidents which happened years apart from each other.
Rizwan Khan was sentenced to 11 years and nine months in prison
Rizwan Khan - known as ‘Riz’ - was also sentenced for causing unnecessary suffering to a child - when he slapped a child; and for sexually assaulting one of the woman he raped.
Teesside Crown Court heard that Khan, 40, told one of his victims: “I need what I need. I want what I want.
“You, as a woman, should abide by what a man wants” before he raped her.
The woman had repeatedly refused to have sex with him, the trial was told.
The court heard that he punched and slapped the same woman, but both victims testified that he was violent towards them. His second victim woke up to find him assaulting her.
